My name is Zach Montellaro, and I'm from New York. I'm currently studying Political Science and Economics at The George Washington University. I'm the Multimedia Editor for Volume 110 of the GW Hatchet, an award winning independent newspaper serving the community of The George Washington University and the Foggy Bottom neighborhood in Washington, D.C. I'm extremely excited to be leading a dedicated and smart multimedia team with my co-editor and staying at the forefront of collegiate multimedia journalism with the entire staff. Multimedia is a relatively new and rapidly growing field in journalism, and I'm excited to try to ride this new wave and maybe learn something along the way.

I'm a huge Mets fan, and I root way too hard for the GW Colonials basketball team. In my downtime, I like kicking back and watching the news, reading a book (preferably on politics), or trying to drag my friends to a baseball game.
